Each opportunity identifies the operator or describes the operator type responsible for day-to-day parking. Parkeer Investeer presents the opportunity and manages the investor process.
Some sites show a named operator; others use a generic label until we're cleared to share the name. A name never implies partnership or endorsement — see Terms.
Fees, in plain terms
Parkeer Investeer does not charge a platform fee today. Any costs specific to an opportunity are set out in the opportunity documents before you invest. Where an opportunity carries its own structuring or administration costs, they are set out in the opportunity documents before you confirm — so you know what comes off target returns before you commit.
